This Navigon MobileNavigator iPhone app is looking pretty sweet. They just added text-to-speech capability in the most recent update, so now it will announce the street names and turns for you. It's pretty much a fully functioning GPS device on your iPhone. The only problem is the price is also pretty much the same as a fully functioning GPS device at $89.99. For an iPhone app. I don't think my iTunes store credit is quite ready for that kind of dent.
