Well this is kind of amazing. M-Audio has released three entry-level Pro Tools 'bundles' at ridiculously low prices. They are Pro Tools Vocal Studio ($99), Pro Tools Recording Studio ($129), and Pro Tools KeyStudio ($99).The Vocal Studio comes with a condenser mic, stand and case; the Recording Studio comes with a USB audio interface (pictured above); and the KeyStudio comes with a MIDI keyboard.
The Pro Tools software comes with 5 GB of instruments and loops, 60 virtual instrument sounds, and the usual reverb / chorus / delay / flanger / phaser / compression / EQ effects.
I mean, it almost sounds too good to be true. That hardware alone seems like it would equal the prices they're charging. Then you throw in a stripped down version of Pro Tools on top of that? Yes please.
