OK Go - "This Too Shall Pass"

I don't really think this band is all that great, but they certainly found their little niche making entertaining videos, and this one delivers on all accounts. I heard an interview with the main dude last night on the radio and he was saying it took around 60 takes to get it with 20 engineers and physicists from MIT, CalTech, and NASA contributing to the effort. They all joined the project for free just because they thought it would be fun, but if the band were to have actually hired them and paid them what they were worth, the singer estimated the cost of the video would've totaled around $10 million.

The thing I love most about this is that in an age where you can no longer tell what is real and what is CGI, this is just old-school craftiness with one continuous camera shot. No special effects, no trick camera work, just thinking something through and doing it until it's perfect. Pretty fun to watch.
