I just saw Jimmy Fallon perform this tonight while watching the Olympics, and then found this video of a previous performance, so apparently he'd done it before. It actually took me about 20 seconds to realize the song was the theme from Fresh Prince Of Bel Air with Will Smith, and I literally burst out laughing when it dawned on me. Up until that point I was too mesmerized by how spot-on his Neil Young impression was, and was sort of thinking what a beautiful song it was. Hilarious.
